Biography and Background 

Keith C. Berry, a 40-year veteran of the Santa Barbara real estate industry, is widely respected among his clients and peers for his experience and legendary knowledge of all phases of the real estate business.

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Keith Berry earned his real estate certificate at Santa Barbara City College and has also completed hours of extensive course work to obtain several professional designations, including his Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations. Keith Berry, an associate broker, represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential properties throughout the South Coast.  Keith Berry is a longstanding member of the Santa Barbara Board of Realtors.

Dedicated to serving his community, Keith is presently serving on the board of the Channel City Club, Santa Barbara Region Chamber of Commerce Business Leaders Council, and has served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Bishop Diego High School, the Hope Ranch Riding and Trails Association, Hope Ranch Park Homes Association, PARC Foundation, South Coast Youth Sports Coalition, the Santa Barbara Junior Miss Scholarships and the Youth Sports Association. Keith retired from the High Five Committee after serving from its inception. The High Five Raises $30,000 each year for the five local high schools’ athletic programs. Keith is a member of the Santa Barbara Historical Society, Casa del Herrero Foundation, Pearl Chase Society, Montecito Association, Montecito Trails Association and the Santa Barbara Athletic Roundtable which he was honored as a Hall of Fame recipient in 1996. Keith has served in various capacities as a volunteer for the Goleta Valley South Little League, Santa Barbara Youth Football League, America Youth Soccer Organization, Goleta Valley Girls Softball Association, to name a few. Keith and his family are also supporters of the Santa Barbara Zoo including being the foster feeders of the otters at the zoo.

Keith and his wife Tina have six children.
